Our terms of sale are decisive and definitive. All orders irrevocably imply acceptance by the purchaser of these general conditions of sale.

The invoiced goods can not be returned or refunded, only a change can be provided for commercial purposes after an agreement with LUNETLOOP SARL ISLA VERDE, in all cases, the amount of the invoiced goods will remain pending to be discounted in future orders . Delivery times are indicative only. Orders can be delivered in more trances depending on the availability of the items
Any complaint must be sent by registered letter with return receipt to the central office of our company within 48 hours of receipt of the products.
As soon as we are aware of this complaint, we will undertake to replace or reimburse, for our benefit, any goods which we have not fulfilled or which presents a manufacturing defect, excluding any deterioration or damage. Any change of goods is subject to the approval of our company, which must first issue a duly approved and signed return. We do not reimburse unsold products from our customers.
All our products benefit from the legal guarantee scheme (defective form or manufacturing defect), provided that the use is normal and that the instructions for the care of the product have been followed.
Our company is not responsible for the breakage or deterioration of the glasses during use or damage during assembly, disassembly and handling in the customer's laboratories. No article will be changed after the application of solvents, or abrasives. Normal wear or deterioration of a frame does not authorize after-sales service.
Warranty and after-sales service
LUNETLOOP sarl isla verde guarantees, from France, the after-sales service of its products against any manufacturing defect, for 2 years from the invoice date.
After-sales service terms and conditions
For the after-sales service the customer must pay the costs of the frame + shipping costs, however, if the product has a manufacturing defect, you can return it to the following address to get an evaluation:

If the item is under warranty, the refund of the product will be made by bank transfer.
The warranty does not cover:
- damage or twist
- flattening and crushing
- bitten or gnawed arms and terminals
- inappropriate behavior of children
- Commercial effort towards your customers
After-sales service is not guaranteed for all models in promotions, as well as for all LunetLoop reading glasses and Accessories categories.
Methods of Payment
Our products can be paid by credit card, bank transfer in advance or cash on delivery.
Bank transfer charges must therefore be paid by customer
Cash on delivery has an additional cost of € 9.90.
Advance payment or cash payment is not eligible for a discount.
At the deadline set for payment, the sale will be settled by right if we manifest with an out-of-court or registered letter our intention to use to our advantage the resolution of the non-payment clause. An unpaid invoice will obligatorily require the interruption of any shipment of goods.
The goods in the possession of the purchaser and presumed unpaid can be withdrawn by the SARL ISLA VERDE without prejudice to actions for damages. Any dispute concerning the validity, evaluation or execution of this contract will be the sole responsibility of the Commercial Court of Toulon ( 83 ).
Shipping Terms and Conditions
Shipping costs include packaging, handling and transportation costs.
We advise you to group your purchases in one order. We can not combine two separate orders and you will have to pay shipping costs for each one.
Shipments by GLS or COLISSIMO
Shipments will be made by GLS or Colissimo depending on your area - Delivery time will be beetwen 3-4 days after shipping (working days, do not deliver on Saturday)
